How to order from the shop
If you would like to adopt , just let me know by  e-mail. In your e-mail, please write down the name of the bear or bear friend you would like to  adopt  and the way you intend to pay.
Most of my bears and bear friends  are one of a kind, and are available on a first come, first served basis. New  customer? Please include your shipping address.

Please note, You must make a payment to secure your purchase within one business day.

If a bears page says "Reserved", it means that a commitment has been made, but payment has not yet been received. You are welcome to let me know that you are interested in that bear, and would like to be contacted  if something happens.

Payment

I prever Paypal as a payment, you can pay securely with any major credit card through Paypal.

Layaway
If your total purchase costs are over 200,- USD, You may spread the purchase costs over a period of  three months interest free.
Just divide the total amount in three. Immediate payment  is required for the first term.

Shipping information
I always ship on a priority base & Worldwide!
No shipping costs are charged for any "Hug me again" creations purchased from my web site.
My trips to the postal service are mostly within 24 hours after receiving payment.
You will receive my bears or bear friends in a costume made and nicely decorated fabric bag, well wrapped with lots of Tender love and care.
